Margaret Park Bridges is the author of Will You Take Care of Me?, Now What Can I Do?, and Am I Big or Little? She was raised in delightfully rainy Portland, Oregon, and now lives with her daughters, Holly and Emma, and her husband, Alan, in Littleton, Massachusetts.

As a young girl,

Christine Davenier spent many hours painting with her grandmother in the garden. Since then, she has illustrated several books for children, including The Other Dog by Madeline L’Engle and The First Thing My Mama Told Me by Susan Marie Swanson, which was a New York Times Best Illustrated Book in 2002. Her other honors include Parents’ Choice and Booksense Top Ten awards. Christine lives with her daughter, Josephine, in Paris, France.
